Online Grievance Redressal Tool

According to the AICTE regulations in 2017, the HRD Ministry has stressed the need to establish an online grievance redressal system which enables the speedy redressal of grievances of the institute stakeholders.

Grievance Redressal System is a mechanism commonly used to raised and act on grievances reported by stakeholders such as Students/ Parents/ Faculty of private or Government and Aided institutions, enabling user-friendly and timely actions on any issue raised by them and to avail services more effectively.

By establishing an online grievance redress mechanism in AICTE affiliated colleges, the council can take into account the performance of the institution and ensure the institution meets all the required standards.

This grievance administration system enables effective monitoring and submission of online monthly status report separately as per the type/ committee wise of grievance regarding the number of grievances received, disposed of and the ones pending on the last day of the previous month, as per the council directive.
